Sales Advisors
Due to a recent expansion, Moneymeans is currently seeking new sales advisors to sell various debt solutions
As a complete debt solutions company, Moneymeans prides itself on offering professional, impartial advice to all of our customers and ensuring that they end up in the correction solution for their circumstance rather than the option that makes us the most profit.
Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting customers regarding recent enquiries as well as answering new inbound enquires and advising the customer of the best solution we can provide to them. From time to time you may also be required to meet clients in person.
The Ideal Candidate
Although experience is not necessary, knowledge and a background in finance, especially relating to debt is preferred as well as previous sales experience. The successful client will be somebody who is sales and target driven with a strong desire to succeed.
As some of our clients can be in extenuating circumstances we aim to always provide a positive, personal and professional service. Therefore strong listening and customer service skills are required and the ability to build rapport with people is essential.
All our staff are outgoing, self-motivated people and the successful candidate needs to have a similar work ethic.
The successful candidate must be willing and able to work to performance based targets. Although most of the day will be spent answering inbound enquiries, you must be willing to follow up on enquires and make contact with new customers through outbound calls as well.
Salary is currently £200 per week basic plus commission OTE £250-£400 Per Week, with flexible hours to suit.
