Who We Are

Moneymeans is a whole of the market debt solutions company. This means that we always try to provide you with the best solution for your particular situation rather than consider what will make us the most profit. With us the client always comes first.

Our Aim

Unlike many companies, Moneymeans does not deal with clients using impersonal call centres or faceless statistics. Instead, we aim to offer personal assistance in a professional and easygoing manner so that a client never feels pressurised by uninterested sales agents or feel they have been miss-informed. We believe in treating clients fairly. Our own personal research has found that most people want a debt solutions provider that allows them to be able to speak to the same person they have in the past in order to develop a comfortable relationship, based on trust.

Our Team

All our senior advisors have at least 5 years experience within the industry and pride themselves on offering fair and independent advice. Our aim is to offer a solution to everybody in need with their debts, be it on a long-term or short-term basis.

Past

While Moneymeans has historically offered insolvency solutions internally or through associated companies, a change of emphasis occurred earlier this year particularly to help clients looking for a short to medium term solution. This resulted in the expansion of our debt management division. This has enabled us to talk to and help more people than ever before and we aim to double our clients in 2011

Present

In recent months we have also linked with a number of associated companies in order to provide our clients with an even more complete service. This includes Payment Protection Insurance (PPI) reclaim through Petitions Direct, which is offered on a no win / no fee basis to Moneymeans clients. This means clients could have the opportunity to recover a proportion of money paid over the last few years on PPI. In addition, we have also negotiated for The Utilities Warehouse to offer our clients reduced utility bills, again offered at no extra cost from Moneymeans.

What's To Come

Over the next few months we aim to boost the services offered online. Shortly you will not only see informative articles and editorials on how to save money and on the UK economy, but we plan to offer you savings on other goods and services to help further reduce your household expenses by partnering up with our websites and useful brands.
